The trailer runs on battery and solar power. No generator noise, no diesel fumes. Just clean, quiet operation that fits seamlessly into any event atmosphere, backed by our 5-Star Ocean Friendly certification. Connecting to venue power extends our runtime and serving capacity even further.
Every cup starts with specialty-grade coffee sourced from local North Carolina roasters. The quality is in the ingredient, and it shows in every espresso shot we pull.
The trailer brings everything it needs. No water lines, no venue coordination required. We run fully on battery by default. Hook us up to a standard outlet and we can extend runtime and serve more guests, and we'll apply a small discount for the help. No power at your venue? We can bring a generator for an additional fee.

I'm Zack. I started Common Tides with a single obsession: pulling an amazing espresso shot every single time. Not sometimes. Every time. I keep the craft simple and let great coffee speak for itself, working hand-in-hand with a North Carolina roaster I genuinely believe in.

Service Area
Common Tides Coffee is based in Wilmington, NC and brings the trailer wherever your event takes us on the Cape Fear coast. We pour at venues in downtown Wilmington, beach weddings at Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, neighborhood events in Leland and Hampstead, and waterfront gatherings down in Southport. Because the trailer is battery and solar powered, we can set up in places most caterers cannot, from a sandy venue lawn to a downtown rooftop lot.
First 25 miles of round trip travel from Wilmington are always included.

Every Common Tides event is quoted individually, so there is no flat rate. Your quote depends on guest count, how long you want the bar open, your menu selections, and travel distance from Wilmington. Tell us about your event through the Book Your Event form and Zack will send you a custom quote.
We are based in Wilmington, NC and serve the whole Cape Fear coast, including Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Leland, Hampstead, and Southport. If your venue is a little farther out, ask. Travel is factored into your quote.
As early as you can. Spring and fall weekends fill first, especially for weddings. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway. If the date is open, we will make it work.
The full trailer setup, a stocked espresso bar, milks and syrups, cups and compostable serviceware, and Zack behind the machine pulling every shot. You pick the drink menu with us ahead of time, and your guests order exactly like they would at a coffee shop.
